Account Executive

Who you are:
You are an experienced and driven Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
You understand the dynamics of mid-market clients, think strategically, and know how to sucessfully close complex deals. You are results-oriented, analytically strong, and structured in your approach to make maximum impact throughout the sales cycle.
What you’ll do as an Account Executive:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing new business and expanding existing relationships within the mid-market segment. You own the entire commercial process from following up on qualified leads and delivering compelling product demos, to negotiating contracts and driving expansion revenue. You’ll work closely with BDRs, Partner Managers, and Customer Success to grow both pipeline and customer value.
Your key responsibilities:
- Close new business deals with mid-market organisations (Closed ARR)
- Follow up on Sales Qualified Leads and deliver impactful product demos
- Build trust and uncover customer needs through consultative selling
- Grow existing accounts through upsells and renewals
- Drive expansion revenue with strategic customers
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Pipedrive
- Optimise your sales velocity and manage your pipeline effectively
- Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and Customer Success to identify and pursue commercial opportunities
- Capture market insights and customer feedback to help refine our proposition
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in the mid-market segment
- Strong ability to structure deals, build relationships, and influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Dutch and English
- Ability to independently build and justify accurate sales forecasts
- Experience using Pipedrive or a comparable CRM system
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven
